We hope everyone is starting 2024 off well! 
Thank you to everyone who has joined us in supporting our subdivision.
We would like to welcome our new neighbors and inform them of the purpose of our association. Waterford Meadows Homeowners Association was formed to keep our subdivision a desirable place in which to live by providing the services of mowing the property along Cooley Lake Road and our common grounds thru out the subdivision, maintaining the lights on the signs at both entrances, and the snow plowing of our streets. Without your contributions these services would not be provided.
Please make a contribution of $65.00 to our subdivision as we need everyone’s support. We are asking that it be paid by May 1st every year so we can plan the budget. If you cannot pay the full amount we understand, please send what you can.
At our Association meeting in 2018, Michelle Robinette, was elected as the new Association President. We would like to thank Robert, Association Treasurer and Stephen, Association Secretary for their ongoing help and commitment to this Association.
We know everyone has ideas on how to make our subdivision great, but we think that providing more community activities (at no cost to the association) that will allow you to get to know us as well as your neighbors will be a great start to the year. We hope to provide many improvements and we do appreciate your patience as we all know change takes time.
